André Kroeger, BES, BArch is an experienced FM executive who has implemented asset business strategy, enterprise planning, and transformational investments in the Health & Public sectors. Beginning his career as an architect, he delivered impactful design solutions to research, health, transportation, and civic facilities. He is recognized for developing innovative and systematic approaches that enable growth and sustainability. André has defined and implemented Enterprise Infrastructure Portfolio Strategies that set out long-term capital planning, unlocked funding approvals, and restructured how infrastructure is managed within Canadian Blood Services, the Saskatchewan Health Authority, and BC’s Lower Mainland Health Authorities.

As a senior real property strategy & transformation executive, I advise organizations in assessing their infrastructure management challenges and develop strategies to systematically mobilize assets and resources to enable sustainability and readiness for the future.

With extensive expertise in health & life sciences, focused on asset and development strategy, I have developed master asset strategies for complex portfolios at Canadian Blood Services, the Saskatchewan Health Authority, and BC's Lower Mainland health authorities. These initiatives have ranged from the national multi-site developments to long-term planning for integrated portfolios of over 50MSF. I have implemented integrated infrastructure portfolio strategies that defined long-term capital programs, unlocked investments, and revitalized how infrastructure supports an organization's service outcomes. I support clients in the public and nonprofit sectors, including health & life sciences, higher education and transportation, recreation, and municipal services.
